What you will do

• Lead and execute high-priority divisional initiatives and take full responsibility for the outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing, Expansion, and Retention teams to ensure proactive and impactful collaboration.
• Design, implement, and scale product development and planning processes, including planning cycles, roadmapping, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company-wide priorities.
• Provide inputs into the broader divisional strategy and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic program management, strategy consulting, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience supporting product leadership and working cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through to implementation with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with product development frameworks.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau.
