What you will do

• Manage project revisions, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Design and mock up websites with a focus on usability, clarity, and conversion.
• Apply UX principles and structure homepages for engagement.
• Design supporting assets including social media ads and print/digital marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client deliverables.
• Perform content and layout edits in WordPress and adjust themes as needed.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of agency experience in website and graphic design.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
• Significant experience using AI tools to increase quality and production.
• Ability to own outcomes and manage deadlines effectively.
• Must be based in Colombia.
