What you will do

• Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and GenAI to understand customer behavior and drive personalization.
• Develop and deploy recommendation systems and AI-powered assistants for sales enablement.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
• Own analytics projects end-to-end from data exploration to production-ready features.
• Research and implement emerging AI techniques to improve customer impact.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence business decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL

• Fluency in data querying (SQL) and scripting languages (Python) or statistical software (R).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience in data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and mining complex datasets.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce or digital product domains.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in statistics, economics, mathematics, or data science.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Google Cloud.
