What you will do

• Engage stakeholders across commercial and delivery teams to identify friction points and unmet technology needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the IT team to execute.
• Prioritize a backlog of automation and integration opportunities to improve platform utilization.
• Drive adoption of existing core platforms and manage change management for new technology rollouts.
• Analyze processes to distinguish between systemic and technology-based problems before implementing solutions.
• Implement scalable, repeatable approaches to reduce manual operational work.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in business operations, systems, or technology enablement.
• Proven track record of driving technology solutions from concept to adoption in professional services or consulting firms.
• Functional fluency in at least two domains: Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, or Client Management.
• Knowledge of integration concepts and business systems platforms (HRIS, ERP, CRM, PSA).
• English: C1 level (ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams).
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and prompt engineering for agentic workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and managing competing priorities across regions.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Workato, Power Automate, or Zapier.
• Practical familiarity with APIs and systems integrations.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones.
