What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions focused on performance and availability.
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Propose code refactoring and optimization improvements based on industry best practices.
• Maintain high-quality standards by sharing knowledge and conducting technical talks.
• Support and mentor less experienced developers through training and task distribution.
• Stay current with modern technologies and pursue professional certifications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia.
• 5+ years of commercial experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience with MS SQL, T-SQL, and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems using SignalR, NATS, MediatR, and FastEndpoints.
• Strong background in graph theory, mathematical modeling, and simulation systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLopt, OPC UA, and WiX Toolset.
• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot.
• Previous experience in industrial automation, biotech, or healthcare domains.
