TL;DR
DevOps Engineer / Kubernetes Administrator (Kubernetes/Ansible): Administration, design, implementation, and operation of Kubernetes platforms with an accent on CI/CD and GitOps workflows, infrastructure as code, and containerized infrastructure. Focus on building reliable delivery pipelines and maintaining observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal
Salary: 28,000–52,000 EUR / Year

What you will do
- Administer, design, implement, and operate Kubernetes platforms.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Ansible.
- Build and support CI/CD processes using GitOps, ArgoCD, GitLab, and pipelines.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman.
- Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux and manage virtualized and bare-metal infrastructure.
- Support storage solutions (Rook/Ceph) and monitoring/observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent Kubernetes administration certification.
- Ansible experience and strong Kubernetes administration background.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman, or equivalents) and Linux system administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
- Knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, GitLab, pipelines) plus monitoring/observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
