Salary: 12,000–19,000 PLN net + VAT per month (B2B)

What you will do

• Define visual directions, typography, color palettes, and UI patterns for digital products.
• Lead UI projects and direct the design process from initial concept to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across all product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with researchers, strategists, and developers to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and present design solutions directly to clients.
• Mentor junior and mid-level UI designers to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of documented commercial experience in UI or brand design.
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial projects.
• English and Polish proficiency (B2+/C1) required.
• Strong understanding of business and technology constraints.
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor (B2B).

Nice to have

• Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D, or animation.
• Experience in brand identity design.
• Active presence on Dribbble or Behance.
