What you will do

• Analyze and review KYC files related to Management Company Due Diligence, audits, and migration activities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation while respecting internal procedures.
• Prepare and maintain AML documentation, reports, and supporting records.
• Identify process gaps and weaknesses to propose appropriate remediation solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders within the KYC and compliance environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and adaptation to regulatory changes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AML, KYC, or Compliance.
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg AML/KYC requirements and financial crime regulations.
• Proven experience in reviewing KYC files, AML monitoring, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
