What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the overall execution of the Pandemic Fund Project in South Africa.
• Manage the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities at the national level.
• Coordinate with national agencies including the Department of Health and Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development.
• Collaborate with implementing entities such as WHO and UNICEF to deliver project goals.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of surveillance and early warning systems for pandemic threats.

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, with a specialization in Animal Health or Production.
• Proven experience in project development, management, and execution, specifically within hirify.global.
• Strong knowledge of communication and documentation standards.
• Results-focused mindset.
• Must be a national of South Africa or have valid local work authorization (NPP status).
