Financial Operations Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record-to-Report activities.
• Process general ledger, fixed-asset, intercompany, and other complex or high-value transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies, maintain audit trails, and support internal and external audits.
• Prepare operational and financial reports, analyze trends, and support KPI and SLA reporting.
• Act as a subject matter expert, support training, and contribute to process improvement, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in OTC, PTP, and RTR financial operations.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial compliance, and OTC, RTR, or P2P best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
