What you will do

• Design and implement software solutions across the full stack with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.
• Develop and ship features from ideation to completion using quick iterations and a build-measure-learn cycle.
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase, including debugging and performance bottleneck analysis.
• Build and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, tech leads, and developers on plans and technical execution.
• Participate in code reviews/design reviews and mentor/coach developers with technical guidance and feedback.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.
• Advanced experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js for modern web applications.
• Ability to model complex systems and business domains, turning ambiguous problems into clear, maintainable software.
• Strong coding fundamentals and sound judgment on structure, abstractions, interfaces, and trade-offs.
• Practical understanding of software design, testing, security, reliability, and performance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English to explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively.
