Salary: $8,000 – $15,000 per month

What you will do

• Own a product direction, translating business goals into a prioritized roadmap and actionable backlog.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle from idea to production, ensuring stability and high quality.
• Collaborate directly with traders and stakeholders to extract and define technical requirements.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, providing direct feedback and maintaining motivation.
• Make critical trade-offs between speed, quality, and cost to maximize business impact.
• Ensure delivery predictability through robust testing, documentation, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Solid engineering background in trading (Crypto, HFT, or MFT).
• Proven experience leading technical teams and owning product delivery.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong business mindset, measuring success via PnL, cost, and risk.
• Proficiency in reasoning about Rust-based platforms and leading technical discussions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and team management.

• Experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools.
• Track record of introducing scalable processes or practices across multiple teams.
