What you will do

• Create photo-realistic and stylized paintings by combining photography, digital painting, and 3D elements.
• Resolve artistic lookdev phases during visual development.
• Keep the department pipeline updated and coordinate the team.
• Provide support, guidance, and instruction to foster the artistic and professional growth of team members.
• Create scripting tools and finalize complex shots from scratch.
• Maintain a tranquil and communicative atmosphere during high-stress production periods.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in VFX or animation industries.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Lead in the animation industry.
• Advanced English level required.
• Professional mastery of Photoshop, modeling, sculpting, texturing, lighting, rendering in Blender/Maya, and compositing in Nuke.
• Perfect understanding of shape, light, color, composition, and perspective.
• Ability to follow Supervisor guidance effectively.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Houdini.
• Spanish language proficiency (oral and written).
