What you will do

• Develop algorithms and tooling to balance courier supply with customer demand.
• Create data-driven products for demand/supply forecasting, causal inference, and budget allocation.
• Apply machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling to solve large-scale operational challenges.
• Improve delivery quality, courier experience, and overall marketplace efficiency.
• Build decision-support tools for Operations teams to manage delivery zones and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and analysts from ideation through to production.

Requirements

• Proven experience building robust, scalable, production-ready ML solutions.
• Strong foundations in statistics and machine learning, including time-series forecasting.
• Proficiency in writing production-level Python code and SQL.
• Ability to design and analyze experiments to validate the impact of ML models.
• Experience in breaking down complex business challenges into solvable machine learning problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bayesian methods and optimization.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply-chain optimization, particularly in retail or fresh items domains.
