What you will do

• Assess building designs against the provisions of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Building Code of Australia (BCA)
• Prepare compliance reports and collaborate with clients to upgrade fire safety measures
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progression and completion of large-scale projects
• Prepare Performance Solution design reports for non-fire requirements
• Mentor and lead junior building surveyors within the team

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Post-graduate qualification in Building Surveying or a similar field
• Current registration as a Level 1 or Level 2 building surveyor
• Strong knowledge of BCA performance requirements and workplace WHS standards
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse team
