What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations, forecasting, reporting, and national project delivery.
• Manage financial performance including revenue, margins, budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical works from tender and pricing to final delivery.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to electrical teams to ensure safe and high-standard delivery.
• Recruit, lead, and develop staff while fostering a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Trade-qualified and registered electrician.
• Strong industrial electrical background with experience at an Operations Manager or senior management level.
• Proven track record of managing electrical services, projects, or trades operations.
• Strong commercial acumen regarding budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Must be based in New Zealand.
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and quality requirements.
