What you will do
- Champion the post-launch window by executing intensive interaction cadences to evaluate system health and build product confidence.
- Manage high-priority ticket queues and incoming hotlines with strict turnaround times across time zones.
- Investigate root causes of complex technical errors and collaborate with product specialists for clean solutions.
- Facilitate the transition from initial technical configuration to long-term product utilization and self-sufficiency.
- Maintain detailed account records in CRM to convert live-environment feedback into actionable product insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in Thailand.
- 3+ years of 5-star hospitality experience in operational roles (Front Desk, Operations, or Revenue Management).
- Alternatively, 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in customer success, implementation, or technical support within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional technical aptitude and ability to leverage modern AI tools to manage daily volume.
- High emotional intelligence and trust-building skills to support stressed clients during high-pressure launches.
