What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production, testing, and development environments.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of containerized environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance and security issues within Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize application deployments.
• Manage the network stack, including the configuration of VPN, network policies, and load balancers.
• Automate infrastructure processes and handle VMware management and documentation.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (experience with VMware Tanzu is an advantage).
• Operational experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware vSphere.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and network policies.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Czech language proficiency is required; English at B2 level.
