📋 Description

• Contribute to our Connect codebases
• Design AI solutions to evolve streaming data use
• Participate in on-call escalations and improve on-call quality
• Work with all engineering teams for deploying services across all clouds
• Make resilience and observability central for 99.9% uptime
• Build and design Redpanda's connect-in-the-cloud infra

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for deep technical work in distributed systems and correctness
• Strong Go expertise
• AI usage awareness and limitations
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of stream processing
• Experience with distributed, open-source collaboration (GitHub)
