What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior–mid roles across APAC, from intake and sourcing to offers and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including contracts, background checks, and equipment requests.
• Track funnel metrics and build dashboards to inform sourcing focus and pipeline health.
• Standardize and automate recruiting workflows and templates to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Oversee office management tasks and launch team engagement activities to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments, specifically across APAC markets.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting and analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and vendor management skills with high attention to detail.
• Automation mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and implement efficiency tools.
• Experience in professional stakeholder management with empathy and discretion.
