What you will do

• Act as the primary local HR point of contact for managers and employees in Israel.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and alignment with local employment laws.
• Coach managers and employees through annual performance processes, goal setting, and feedback.
• Execute local HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activity and ensure a positive candidate transition.
• Use HR data and local insights to identify risks and inform workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a field HR or HR partner role within an international organization.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing employee relations with a deep awareness of Israeli employment practices.
• Ability to travel locally or regionally when required.
• Proficiency with HR systems, data reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.
