What you will do

• Develop collective operations that allow AI to scale across multiple accelerators and servers.
• Write low-level performant code in C/C++ for distributed AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure experts, hardware engineers, RTL engineers, scientists, and architects.
• Implement features for the largest AI clusters and models used by global customers.
• Mentor new and junior engineers within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture (reliability, scaling, and design patterns).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and at least one other programming language.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and kernel-level programming.
• Must be based in Cupertino, CA, USA

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded systems.
• Knowledge of high-speed networking or HPC interconnects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
