What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and measurement of the 6-week onboarding program for new support hires in Manila.
• Facilitate in-person onboarding sessions and continuously iterate training documentation and resources.
• Identify enablement needs based on CSAT, QA, and product changes to co-develop targeted training initiatives.
• Design scalable learning paths including live training, async/self-paced content, and certification tracks.
• Manage success metrics such as time to productivity, QA scores, and knowledge assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Product, and Support Ops to align training with business goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer support, enablement, or training roles with direct ownership of onboarding programs.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Proven ability to lead live in-person facilitation and instructional delivery.
• Strong experience using enablement or learning tools such as LMS, Google Suite, and Notion.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
