What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive flight simulation training sessions, including pre-flight briefings, in-flight instruction, and post-flight debriefings.
• Develop and implement engaging Class Instruction methods tailored to various learning styles and experience levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations and maintain accurate records for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of existing training programs and the creation of new curricula.
• Utilize and troubleshoot advanced training simulation equipment and software.
• Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to monitor trainee progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Flight Instructor, preferably in a simulator environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Proficiency in operating training simulation equipment.
• Relevant pilot licenses and certifications are highly desirable.
