Project Manager

Location: Remote

Overview

Manage design projects from start to finish, coordinating between internal teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Serve as the main client contact and facilitate communication across time zones and cultures.

What you will do

• Manage multiple design projects and coordinate teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct status meetings and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and branding specialists.
• Proactively manage client expectations and project scope.
• Continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required
• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in design or creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and branding processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage cross-cultural teams.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with remote project management.
• Background or strong interest in design/creative industry.
