What you will do

• Own the live operations economy and define its strategic direction in collaboration with product managers and analysts.
• Design and implement features to improve player experience, retention, acquisition, and monetization.
• Model and tune complex economy systems, including multiple currencies, sinks, faucets, and progression loops.
• Use A/B testing and analytical methods to validate hypotheses and optimize game performance.
• Develop predictive models and simulations to anticipate player behavior and maintain a stable economy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate economic systems with design and monetization initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital games, with 3+ years specifically focused on economy design.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong ability to model and simulate planned changes and anticipate downstream effects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment with aggressive deadlines.

• Experience with Python.
• Passion for mobile and/or casino games.
