TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Terraform Cloud): Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available CI/CD and infrastructure automation platforms with an accent on architectural decision-making and operational excellence. Focus on building resilient cloud-native infrastructure, optimizing deployment maturity, and mentoring engineering teams to ensure system reliability.
Location: Must be based in Latin America (excluding USA and Canada). Work hours: US East Coast time zone alignment required.

What you will do
- Serve as a technical leader and primary liaison between application development, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams.
- Architect, implement, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple environments.
- Lead the automation of infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows to reduce manual toil.
- Design and implement cloud-native monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies.
- Influence and define platform DevOps best practices, standards, and guardrails.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
Requirements
- Must live in Latin America (excluding USA and Canada).
- English proficiency required for daily communication.
- 5–7 years of professional DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- 4+ years of experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines at scale (CircleCI required).
- 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform Cloud.
- 4+ years of public cloud experience with deep expertise in AWS.
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning and reliability.
- Proficiency in Shell and Ruby scripting.
- Experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
