Salary: €100,000 – €150,000 per annum

What you will do

• Design, train, and optimize large-scale speech foundation models.
• Work across ASR, TTS, and speech-to-speech modalities.
• Fine-tune models and ship them to production environments.
• Build, maintain, and adapt end-to-end speech pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in machine learning and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning speech models.
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, and the HuggingFace ecosystem.
• Must be based in Europe (EMEA).
