AI Enablement Engineer (AI): Driving the adoption of AI-assisted development across engineering and GTM teams with an accent on internal tooling, coaching, and productivity measurement. What you will do

• Coach engineers on AI-assisted development, prompting, and workflow design through 1:1s and workshops.
• Develop internal AI integrations and reusable tools using Node.js, TypeScript, and MCP from prototype to production.
• Build and maintain an internal AI knowledge base, prompt libraries, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Evaluate new AI tools and models (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to provide actionable recommendations.
• Define and track productivity metrics (DORA, DX Core 4) using dashboards to measure the impact of AI adoption.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to establish safe-by-design guardrails for AI usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Turkey.
• 7+ years of experience in a product-driven environment as a senior full-stack engineer.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and working knowledge of relational and document databases.
• Fluent English (C1) and Russian language proficiency required.
• Deep hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools and GenAI building blocks (LLMs, prompting, RAG).
• Proven track record of independently taking internal integrations through design, security review, and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with observability stacks like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
• Experience deploying on edge or serverless compute (Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects).
• Prior experience in developer-experience (DX), developer-advocacy, or internal-tooling roles.
• Background in instructional design or running technical workshops at organizational scale.
