Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Milford or Warren, Michigan (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Lead vehicle and program virtual integration using simulation and synthesis tools.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, subsystem teams, validation, and performance integration.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve CAE-driven issues with urgency.
• Support development plans, simulation workshare, and math data readiness.
• Promote robust design practices, optimization methods, and continuous improvement in CAE capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of cross-functional vehicle development experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) or eligible for export control authorization.
• No immigration sponsorship provided.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle performance integration and subsystem technical owner interfaces.
• Ability to lead across teams and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in Global Safety Performance Integration.
• Experience in electrical or hybrid vehicle development.
• DFSS certification or experience applying robust design principles.
