What you will do

• Lead the development, negotiation, and management of client contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and deliverables.
• Oversee budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control for projects valued under $5 million.
• Implement robust risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project execution risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions and stakeholder engagement.
• Champion HSE policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project, operations, or contract management within industrial services, oil and gas, or heavy manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and analytical tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
