What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure and network environments for Managed Services customers, proactively handling alerts to ensure stability and reliability.
• Manage incidents and service requests from initiation to resolution, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Perform proactive maintenance and operational tasks to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
• Collaborate with immediate team members and cross-functional Managed Services teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous service improvements through knowledge sharing and technical development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Experience supporting customer IT environments in an operations, support, or Managed Services setting.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to maintain a structured and proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with LogicMonitor.
• Experience with Microsoft Managed Services.
