Director - Strategic Programs (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead critical back-end transformation programs, including manufacturing transfers, capacity expansions, operational transformations, factory ramp-ups, and large-scale new product introductions.
• Strengthen supply chain and manufacturing network resilience by addressing geopolitical risks, business continuity, and operational vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with back-end operations, supply chain management, external manufacturing, purchasing, quality, industrial engineering, manufacturing excellence, and business groups.
• Lead executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, and decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while delivering against timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Build relationships with suppliers, external partners, and manufacturing partners, and establish a scalable program management framework.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, business management, supply chain management, strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a program leader in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, automotive, operations, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related area.
• Experience with project management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs, align diverse stakeholders, solve challenging problems, and drive execution in global environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support transformation programs, manufacturing sites, and partner engagements.

Nice to have

• Project or program management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma.
