What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for creative production requests and project scoping.
• Oversee end-to-end production of video and photo shoots, including cast, location, and equipment management.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage production budgets and report spend across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to tailor content for target markets.
• Build and maintain a network of freelancers and production vendors.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong English skills.
• Proven experience in creative production or project management within an agency or in-house team.
• Hands-on experience managing video and photo shoots from start to finish.
• Experience with production budgets, talent releases, and licensing rights.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
• Willingness to travel for on-location shoots.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for asset review.
