What you will do

• Track and monitor service orders to ensure timely execution and closure (TECO).
• Manage parts ordering and coordinate delivery using SAP or relevant systems.
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for customers regarding service status and parts availability.
• Maintain accurate records for tool calibration, logistics, and service documentation.
• Generate standardized service and logistics reports for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as field service, logistics, and planning to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in service operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Basic process thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Must be based in Singapore.
