Global Commodity Manager (Manufacturing): Managing cost, supply continuity, and supplier performance for assigned commodities with an accent on global commodity strategies and should-cost excellence. Location: Hybrid in Singapore (minimum 3 days in-office per week)

What you will do
- Develop and execute worldwide commodity strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply continuity.
- Lead BOM analysis, should-cost modeling, and cost benchmarking against actuals.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning and Operations to align demand-supply forecasts and optimize inventory.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Own global supplier relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive performance.
- Identify and mitigate geopolitical, capacity, and technology-related supply risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Proven track record in technical sourcing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong foundation in cost modeling, BOM analysis, and demand-supply planning.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with battery packs or mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to interpret CAD/3D drawings.
- Experience with AI-enabled procurement tools.
- Proficiency in an additional language.
