What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between AI/analytics capabilities, customers, and sales teams across EMEA.
• Identify customer use cases where AI and analytics create value in security, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support high-value opportunities through discovery sessions, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Create reusable enablement content, including presentations, demonstrations, and training materials.
• Translate field insights into structured feedback and technology requirements for Product Management and R&D.
• Support product launches by evaluating market readiness and identifying adoption gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based at an hirify.global EMEA office.
• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated experience with AI or analytics solutions applied to video, sensor data, or IoT environments.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in the language of your specific office location.
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and technical content creation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security, smart buildings, industrial analytics, or operational efficiency markets.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
