TL;DR
Senior Data Platform Engineer (AWS): Building and optimizing next-generation data platform capabilities with an accent on streaming and batch data product development. Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Remote/Hybrid options available).

What you will do
- Create new data products within the AWS data platform in collaboration with product teams.
- Define and implement data contracts and CDAs.
- Debug and optimize data pipelines and batch jobs.
- Promote best practices for data platform architecture across engineering teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication to solve complex data and contract issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Czech Republic.
- Solid experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Strong foundation in data engineering and data transformation approaches.
- Good understanding of stream processing concepts and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Flink SQL and PyFlink or similar technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
