Senior People Business Partner (EMEA Revenue)

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (on-site Tuesday through Thursday)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic business consultant and thought partner to senior and executive leaders to solve people-related opportunities.
• Build global leadership capability through organizational design, workforce planning, and coaching.
• Empower leaders to build and maintain great teams through effective performance management.
• Utilize data to solve complex organizational challenges and create new opportunities.
• Lead critical people-related projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience in a People Business Partner role (or 6+ years with an advanced degree).
• Deep knowledge of EMEA employment laws and cultural nuances.
• Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders in Sales and Customer Success.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to comply with the hybrid work schedule.
