Salary: $180,000-200,000 base salary + variable component

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for high-impact initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Lead system and component-level architecture design using microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Own end-to-end technical execution for key projects from design through delivery.
• Enforce high engineering standards through code reviews, CI/CD, TDD, and observability.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster ownership, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Contribute high-quality, production-ready code for critical components and complex problem areas.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software development experience building complex business applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft stack, specifically C# / .NET Core and Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Durable Functions, AKS, Event Hubs, etc.).
• Deep experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB, including performance tuning.
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines (YAML), Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

• Familiarity with ERP, financial, or mission-critical SaaS platforms.
