Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Milford or Warren, Michigan (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in office)

What you will do

• Establish and enforce standards for repository governance, branching, and artifact management.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and security across GitHub, Artifactory, and Azure.
• Design and maintain automation pipelines for embedded software production.
• Partner with IT infrastructure and security teams to modernize the development experience.
• Create monitors and dashboards to track platform health and build efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to virtual workspaces and integration pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, DevOps, and configuration management.
• Strong expertise in automation tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of embedded software development tools and processes.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
