What you will do

• Process and verify incoming supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Accounts Payable queries.
• Maintain and update supplier master data and bank details to ensure internal control compliance.
• Reconcile and monitor supplier ledger accounts to guarantee payment completeness and accuracy.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance, specifically within Accounts Payable.
• Completed commercial or financial qualification or several years of practical experience in a finance department.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).
• Strong numerical affinity with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
