What you will do

• Operate and adjust various pieces of production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor line flow and waste to minimize production costs and maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine checks including CILs and FSILs to ensure system reliability.
• Provide flexible coverage across different production positions as required by plant needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and safety programs.
• Collaborate with hourly and salaried personnel to ensure smooth shift operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Hermiston, OR.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English using technical manuals and diagrams.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds and carrying a 50-pound ladder.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify equipment limitations.
• Mathematical proficiency for calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Commitment to a one-year minimum tenure in qualified positions.
