What you will do

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for AI and HPC networking products spanning hardware, firmware, and software.
• Lead cross-functional architecture efforts across ASIC, FPGA, software, firmware, and platform engineering teams.
• Design high-bandwidth, low-latency data movement architectures utilizing PCIe, RDMA, DMA engines, and SmartNIC technologies.
• Drive hardware/software co-design to optimize networking, compute, memory, and accelerator subsystems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including CXL, SmartNICs, and advanced interconnects to influence product roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects while contributing to long-term technical strategy and architectural standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 15+ years of experience designing and architecting high-performance networking, FPGA, ASIC, or hardware acceleration solutions.
• Deep understanding of PCI Express, Ethernet, DMA engines, RDMA, and modern data center networking architectures.
• Experience with Linux kernel technologies, device drivers, and kernel-bypass networking.
• Strong C/C++ development experience supporting high-performance networking systems.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing FPGA-based networking platforms or SmartNICs.
• Experience with DPDK, custom transport protocols, or TCP/IP offload.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure, HPC systems, and GPU clusters.
• Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, or High-Level Synthesis (HLS).
• Customer-facing architecture or technical consulting experience.
