What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Own timelines, dependencies, and risks for complex workstreams across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing roadmaps in partnership with leadership.
• Act as the operational link between Sales and Marketing to drive alignment and clear handoffs.
• Provide decision-ready dashboards and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively surface solutions to keep delivery on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes in a B2B environment.
• Background in B2B software or SaaS organizations.
• Strong understanding of commercial dynamics including pipeline and conversion stages.
• Hands-on experience across the marketing mix, including events, campaigns, and launches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• English: C1 proficiency required for executive-level communication.

• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
• Experience with GenAI tools to improve efficiency.
• Event planning and operational execution experience.
