What you will do
- Develop creative concepts and design thinking for global B2B tech campaigns.
- Create storyboards, campaign visuals, and final assets including 2D/3D motion graphics.
- Collaborate with client service and community teams to execute project deliverables.
- Monitor social platform trends and integrate insights into creative ideation sessions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Czechia, Spain, or Portugal.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Strong expertise in Figma and After Effects with a focus on motion graphics.
- 3+ years of design experience specifically within social media.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team with good overlap with UK/CET business hours.
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with experience in creative or social media agencies.
