What you will do

• Lead motion design to animate brand assets and make product features feel magical and visually distinctive.
• Create performance-driven content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube based on weekly data feedback loops.
• Produce high-quality YouTube ads with a focus on pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Edit raw creator and UGC footage into native-feeling content across various social platforms.
• Design motion assets for both always-on performance cycles and larger brand moments.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and the broader marketing team to optimize content impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of motion design experience with a portfolio of shipped social media work.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects or Cavalry.
• Solid video editing skills in CapCut, Canva Video, or Premiere Pro.
• Spanish and good English fluency for cultural resonance in local creative work.
• Experience editing creator content and identifying high-impact hooks in raw footage.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to work within the local creative pod.
