We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing CG videos and motion work, including trailers, event content, and animated elements. The ideal candidate is proficient in Blender across modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering, with experience in compositing, video assembly, and editing to deliver polished final videos. This role requires an understanding of gaming visual language, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and openness to iterative feedback. Native Russian language is required. This position involves creating engaging CG content for social media, collaborating with the creative team, and leveraging AI tools to optimize production.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create CG videos for social media including trailers, event announcements, and promotional updates
• Model and animate characters, objects, and environments in Blender from lighting and texturing to final rendering
• Design animated elements such as intros, transitions, logo animations, and overlays for social media content
• Manage the complete production cycle from 3D asset creation through compositing, editing, and final delivery
• Work closely with the Creative Producer to develop concepts and deliver projects within deadlines
• Participate in brainstorming and pre-production to propose innovative visual solutions
• Utilize AI tools to enhance production speed while maintaining high quality standards
• Document production workflows and create reusable templates for efficiency

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience working with gaming content or within the game industry
• Knowledge of exporting and asset management for Unreal Engine or Unity
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and visual generation such as Kling or Midjourney
• Background in open world, survival, or multiplayer game projects
• Experience with motion capture or facial animation techniques
