What you will do

• Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns by defining creative angles and developing full asset sets.
• Design a wide variety of ad creatives and formats to support performance testing and iteration.
• Create brand assets across multiple channels including social media, email banners, infographics, and print materials.
• Adjust website visuals to support conversion and campaign goals.
• Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Stay updated on design trends and competitor work to bring fresh creative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Strong visual design skills across web, print, and digital formats.
• Proven ability to translate campaign briefs into compelling, on-brand visual assets.
• Experience designing ad creatives specifically for performance and testing purposes.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Previous remote work experience is required.
