What you will do

• Take full ownership of SAP service delivery for clients, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments and service levels.
• Act as the primary client interface for SAP RUN scope, managing governance, risk, and prioritization.
• Oversee service quality through SLA/KPI analysis and define continuous improvement action plans.
• Manage major incidents, recurring issues, and client escalations to resolution.
• Contribute directly to SAP delivery activities as an experienced consultant when required.
• Present service reporting to clients and collaborate with internal teams to align resources and skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery and management, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and support processes.
• Proven experience in SAP service governance, including SLA/KPI management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to lead client governance meetings and manage sensitive escalations.
